Participation Guidelines
You must have completed your 6-week postnatal check with your healthcare provider and be cleared for exercise before attending postnatal classes. During pregnancy, we recommend that you are cleared for exercise by your healthcare provider before participating.
You are welcome to attend any Mat Pilates or Reformer Fundamentals class during pregnancy. Our experienced team will ensure all exercises are appropriate and will adapt movements to suit every stage of pregnancy.
If you have already been regularly engaging in exercise or Pilates, you may continue attending classes as normal. If you are new to exercise or Pilates, we recommend waiting until after your 12-week scan before joining.
Our priority is to support you with safe, informed movement throughout pregnancy and beyond, helping you feel confident, strong, and well supported at every stage.
Pre & Post Natal Pilates
Pre and Postnatal Mat Pilates is a safe, supportive form of exercise designed to strengthen and support the body during pregnancy and aid recovery after birth. Classes focus on gentle, controlled movement to help you move with confidence while accommodating the physical changes that occur throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period.

Pilates emphasises key principles such as breath control, alignment, core stability, and mindful movement. During pregnancy, exercises are adapted to support the changing body, improve posture, and maintain strength without placing unnecessary strain on the joints. Postnatally, sessions focus on reactivating the deep core system, including the transversus abdominis, pelvic floor, and multifidus, supporting recovery from pregnancy and childbirth and addressing issues such as diastasis recti.
Benefits of Pre & Postnatal Mat Pilates include:
-
Supporting core and pelvic floor function
-
Improving posture and spinal stability
-
Reducing back, hip and pelvic discomfort
-
Enhancing strength, mobility and body awareness
-
Promoting safe, low-impact movement during and after pregnancy
Pre and Postnatal Mat Pilates offers a nurturing yet effective way to stay active, feel supported, and build strength through every stage of pregnancy and beyond.

Post Natal Reformer Pilates
Our Postnatal Reformer Pilates course runs in 6 week blocks and we warmly invite you attend with baby, we allocate 40 minutes of a 75 minuet session to the reformer workout; the rest of the time is for you to catch up, enjoy time with other parents and have a drink on us.
Classes are specifically designed to help new parents safely return to exercise, rebuild strength, and restore balance after pregnancy. Using the Pilates Reformer, a low-impact and highly adaptable piece of equipment, these sessions focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, posture correction, and gentle muscle strengthening all essential for postnatal recovery.

Safety and individualisation are at the heart of every class. Exercises are carefully modified to suit your stage of recovery, whether you are several weeks or months postpartum, ensuring you rebuild strength without strain. The Reformer’s controlled resistance allows for gradual, effective conditioning that protects joints, supports pelvic floor health, and restores functional movement.

We highly encourage participants to request a diastasis recti check at any point—both before starting the course and again at the end of a 6-week program—to see how your body has responded to your amazing efforts and the targeted work you’ve been doing.
These classes are also a wonderful opportunity to bring your baby along, turning the session into a time for healing, bonding, and connecting with other new parents. The supportive group environment creates a sense of community while allowing you to focus on your wellbeing.

Regular practice improves core stability, posture, overall strength, and flexibility, while boosting energy, confidence, and wellbeing as you navigate parenthood. Postnatal Reformer Pilates is a nurturing and empowering way to return to exercise, restore your body, and enjoy meaningful time with your baby.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a deeply nurturing, restorative treatment designed to support your body through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. Using specialised positioning and carefully adapted techniques, this luxurious treatment provides a calm, supportive space to relax, restore, and reconnect with your changing body.

Our treatments are delivered by highly trained professionals with many years of experience in pregnancy and women’s health care. We bring both clinical understanding and genuine compassion to every session, deeply committed to helping you feel comfortable, supported, and at your very best during this unique time.

As pregnancy progresses, postural changes, hormonal shifts, and altered biomechanics place increased demand on the lumbar spine, pelvis, hips, and lower limbs. Pregnancy massage helps relieve muscular tension, support circulatory and lymphatic flow, and ease common discomforts such as back pain, pelvic heaviness, swelling, and upper body tightness. Techniques are carefully adapted to accommodate changes influenced by the hormone relaxin, ensuring joint support and safety throughout all trimesters.
Gentle, flowing massage strokes help regulate the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and enhance overall wellbeing. Thoughtful bolstering and positioning are used to ensure comfort and safety at every stage of pregnancy, allowing you to fully relax and feel held.

More than a moment of indulgence, Pregnancy Massage is an essential way to care for your changing body supporting mobility, easing discomfort, and offering you time to slow down in a space designed entirely for you. We would love to welcome you and support you during this special time.

Being open and honest about how you are feeling is essential to ensuring your safety and wellbeing during pregnancy. We kindly ask that you share any changes in your health, comfort levels, or concerns with us before and during your session. This includes informing us of any pregnancy-related conditions such as PROM (premature rupture of membranes), changes in blood pressure, pelvic or abdominal pain, bleeding, dizziness, swelling, or any guidance you have received from your healthcare provider. While pregnancy massage is widely recognised as a safe and beneficial therapy throughout pregnancy, with no clinical evidence showing harm when performed by appropriately trained professionals, clear communication allows us to adapt positioning, pressure, and techniques—or, where necessary, postpone treatment—to ensure your continued safety. Your wellbeing, and that of your baby, is always our highest priority, and honest communication enables us to provide care to the highest health and safety standards.
All appointments are booked online; however, not every available time may appear in the system. If you have a preferred time, including evenings, we encourage you to send a message to request your ideal slot.
