Swedish massage is a great way to treat yourself! But it’s so much more than just a one off treat. The physical and mental health benefits of a Swedish massage make it a great option for regular maintenance for those stuffing from health concerns as well as those new to massage.


Swedish massage focuses on relaxation of the muscles & mind. The long flowing strokes target superficial muscles, increasing blood circulation, draining toxins, aiding in the reduction of oedema & inflammation. An effective and natural way of managing stress & pain relief of sciatica, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, headaches, PMS, anxiety, depression & sleep quality. 

Deep Tissue 

Deep tissue massage is an excellent choice if wanting to take care of sore tired muscles, maintain muscles & prevent injuries as well as overall health of the musculoskeletal system.


Deep tissue massage focuses on just that the deep tissue structures found below the superficial layers of skin. The deep strokes target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury or overuse, it reduces tension and adhesions (knots) in muscle and tissue. An effective and natural way to create faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. Beneficial for those who regularly exercise, suffer with chronic lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, tendinitis & tennis elbow. 

Back Massage


Pregnancy massage is specially adapted for every stage of pregnancy from 13 weeks. The gentle and soothing massage is tailored specifically for the mother-to-be. Benefits of having a massage during pregnancy can include easing aches and pains from all over the body, as well as facilitating in relaxation, bonding with baby, improving sleep and preparation for labour. As women suffer with all different ailments during pregnancy every massage is different. 


As with all body massages, I use a massage table. You will be lying on your side and given additional specially shaped cushions to support your bump and to make you more comfortable. The treatment lasts 45 minutes but can be extended to include the face, head and scalp to 60 minutes.
