Movement

Without regular targeted movement, your body slowly loses its strength, stamina and ability to function properly.

"You don’t stop moving from growing old, you grow old from stopping moving"

Exercise such as Pilate or Yoga increases muscle strength, which in turn increases your ability to do other physical activities. both disciplines are for everybody, regardless of gender, age, race, size, ability, or current fitness level!

All disciplines are available to book as a group session, private or corporate.

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact, full-body discipline suitable for everyone, from beginners to athletes. It strengthens the core, improves posture, and supports joint and muscular health while developing muscle balance, alignment, and neuromuscular control.

Through precise movement and focused Pilates breathing, what starts as a challenging practice quickly becomes fluid, functional movement that carries into everyday life. The combination of mindful breath and controlled motion promotes mental clarity, focus, and calm, while also helping to prevent injuries, reduce back pain, and enhance overall performance and wellbeing.

Fundamentals

This session is designed for those who want to connect with their body, move with intention, and focus on mindful movement. Slower-paced than a Total Reformer class, it allows time to breathe, stretch, and explore each movement, making it perfect for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone looking to move safely and purposefully.

Ideal for participants experiencing common musculoskeletal concerns—including back discomfort, hip or knee issues, or postural imbalances—this session also benefits those starting their Reformer journey or embracing graceful aging.

Total Reform

This dynamic Reformer Pilates session is designed for those who are already active and enjoy regular exercise. Combining strength, conditioning, and cardio, the class uses the sophisticated Reformer equipment—springs, ropes, and pulleys—to provide resisted exercise that sculpts lean muscle tone and enhances overall functional strength.

Siane and the team tailor each session to challenge participants across all fitness levels, with exercises easily modified to accommodate injuries, postural issues, or other conditions.

Reformer Pilates is joint- and pelvic floor–safe while offering powerful benefits for bone and muscle strengthening, posture, body awareness, flexibility, and total-body alignment—helping you move stronger, more efficiently, and with confidence.

Reformer Pilates

The Pilates Reformer is a beautifully engineered piece of equipment using springs, ropes, and pulleys to provide controlled resistance that develops lean muscle tone, improves flexibility, and enhances overall body strength.

Originally developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, the Reformer was designed as a rehabilitation tool to help those recovering from injury or living with dysfunction to regain mobility, strength, and alignment.

Siane and the team tailor every session for all to enjoy, making the Reformer suitable for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels—from beginners to those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or living with disabilities.

Exercises are fully adaptable, providing a safe, low-impact workout that supports joint and pelvic floor health while improving posture, body awareness, and functional movement.

Regular Reformer Pilates can benefit those with lower back pain, postural imbalances, shoulder or knee injuries, mobility limitations, sciatica, arthritis, or general muscular weakness, as well as anyone wanting to enhance overall strength, flexibility, and mental focus.

**Important – Reformer Induction**

If you are new to the Pilates Reformer, we strongly recommend attending an induction session before joining either of our two class types. This ensures you learn the fundamentals, use the equipment safely, and get the most from your sessions.

All classes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring you receive personalised guidance, precise instruction, and the attention your body needs to perform each movement safely and effectively.

Postnatal Reformer Pilates

Our Postnatal Reformer Pilates classes are specifically designed to help new parents safely return to exercise, rebuild strength, and restore balance after pregnancy. Using the Pilates Reformer, a low-impact and highly adaptable piece of equipment, these sessions focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, posture correction, and gentle muscle strengthening—all essential for postnatal recovery.

Safety and individualisation are at the heart of every class. Exercises are carefully modified to suit your stage of recovery, whether you are several weeks or months postpartum, ensuring you rebuild strength without strain. The Reformer’s controlled resistance allows for gradual, effective conditioning that protects joints, supports pelvic floor health, and restores functional movement.

We highly encourage participants to request a diastasis recti check at any point—both before starting the course and again at the end of a 6-week program—to see how your body has responded to your amazing efforts and the targeted work you’ve been doing.

These classes are also a wonderful opportunity to bring your baby along, turning the session into a time for healing, bonding, and connecting with other new parents. The supportive group environment creates a sense of community while allowing you to focus on your wellbeing.

Regular practice improves core stability, posture, overall strength, and flexibility, while boosting energy, confidence, and wellbeing as you navigate parenthood. Postnatal Reformer Pilates is a nurturing and empowering way to return to exercise, restore your body, and enjoy meaningful time with your baby.

Yoga

“To Unite”

Yoga, meaning “to unite,” is a holistic practice that originated in ancient India over 10,000 years ago, encompassing the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing.

While modern yoga is often associated with the physical practice of asana—a series of postures woven together to build strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, and balance—Siane embraces the full spectrum of traditional yoga, honouring its deeper purpose to calm the mind, align the body, and nurture the spirit.

Each session may include:

  • Savasana – deep relaxation

  • Pranayama – mindful breathing techniques

  • Asana – postures for strength, flexibility, and balance

  • Dhyana – meditation and chanting

Having practiced yoga for many years, Siane completed her training at the Himalaya Yoga Valley in 2019, becoming a fully insured and registered Yogi accredited with RYT 200 Yoga Alliance. Her study deepened her understanding of yoga’s rich history and further ignited her passion for teaching a traditional, authentic practice.

Practice is first Sunday of each month.
