Meet Siane
Originally from North London, I moved to Brampton Village, Cambridgeshire in 2018, bringing with me over 20 years of professional experience in health and wellbeing. Since setting up my own business, it has been a pleasure to watch it organically grow into what it is today a beautiful, community led wellness space for all to enjoy.
I have been fortunate to build a loyal client base and earn 5-star reviews that reflect my dedication and approach. I take great pride in supporting each client’s unique needs, offering the very best in wellness treatments, Pilates, and yoga, so you can rest assured that you are in safe, knowledgeable, and compassionate hands.
When I’m not working, I’m a busy mum, and our family enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle from snowboarding down the mountains, to cycling through the countryside, or paddleboarding along the river. Living actively and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is incredibly important to me, and I love sharing my knowledge to help others reach their goals, whether that’s improving wellbeing, regaining strength, or simply finding more balance in life.
Helping others feel their best is my true passion, and being able to share that every day in such a welcoming, supportive space is what makes this my happy place!

Meet Carolyn

Originally from the USA, I moved to the UK with my husband in 2014. We love the English countryside and have made it our home, raising our two girls.
My journey into health and wellness started after having my eldest. Wanting to be healthy and the best version of myself, I began my career in fitness. I believe that fitness should be fun, enjoyable and something that you look forward to doing. I enjoy planning my sessions just as much as I do leading them.
Only working part time, most of my week is spent home educating my girls. Together we love being outside, growing our own produce, and cooking nutritious meals. There is almost always music playing in the house and kitchen dance and singing performances happen often. We try to live life to the fullest, including travelling as much as we can and trying new things.
Whether you are just starting out on your own wellness journey or are looking for ways to maintain it, I'm happy to be here to support and help you grow. Let's work hard to play hard!

Meet Louise
Originally from Brampton, but I lived in Jersey for my adult life up until 6 years ago when I returned. I’m a real people person and love being part of such a vibrant wellness community. My own wellness journey began in my early 20s when I discovered yoga, followed by a growing interest in nutrition and holistic wellbeing. I trained as a wellness coach and I’m also a certified EFT tapping practitioner. I run regular women’s circles and mindful crafting workshops, and I work with both groups and individuals 1–2–1.
I work alongside Siane at our sound bath events, helping to create a calm, beautiful space and I play a variety of instruments. My favourite is my shamanic drum, with its powerful, rich sound that can be felt throughout the body and often supports deep energetic shifts. Siane and I have co-hosted many women’s retreats together, weaving our skills and experience to create nourishing, transformational spaces for women. Our work often crosses over, and I feel genuinely grateful to work so closely with such an incredible friend and inspiring team.
I’m usually the one behind the camera, bringing the Hans_on Wellness socials to life through creative styling and content creation. I turn my hand to whatever is needed and make a mean cup of tea!
Outside of work, you’ll find me watching the sunrise, walking, or out on a paddleboard. I’m a big believer in candlelight, cosy rituals, and simple self-care. We’re a family of foodies (the heart of our home is the kitchen!), we love live music and musical theatre, and both my girls are passionate dancers. My husband Rob is wonderfully outnumbered and escapes to play football whenever he can!

Meet Sophie
Originally from Surrey, I moved to Cambridgeshire in 2021.
I have spent the past 18 years working in healthcare, qualifying as a Registered Nurse 12 years ago. I have a background in Emergency/urgent care, Acute medicine and Forensic healthcare.
Caring for others has always been central to my career, and becoming a skin therapist felt like a natural extension of that care.
My journey into skin began with a simple but powerful question: what truly fulfils and nourishes you? I realised that creating space for others, somewhere they feel safe, comfortable and able to focus on themselves, is what genuinely fulfils me.
I love working with clients who see their skin as a journey and deciding to make skin health a priority, not to look different, but to feel confident in their own skin. Supporting that process over time, and watching confidence grow alongside skin strength and radiance, is incredibly rewarding.
My approach blends clinical knowledge with calm, personalised care. Treatments are always thoughtful and tailored, with a focus on long-term skin health, safety, and helping you feel at ease throughout.
Outside of work, I’m a real foodie, I love catching up with friends over good coffee. I enjoy the gym and reformer Pilates, long walks with my little dog Percy, and in the last couple of years I have found myself drawn to wellbeing practices and spaces that encourage connection, balance and self development.
I feel so grateful to be part of the Hans_on Wellness community and look forward to supporting you on your skin journey.
