Sports Massage
Sports massage is best suited to those who take good care of their bodies and are having regular maintenance treatments, but have incurred an injury or repetitive sprain or strain. Siane will carry out a physical examination of the affected area & surrounding areas to identify any muscle weakness, trauma, imbalance or poor biomechanics.
The deep manipulation of muscles & soft tissue in specific areas related to injury or concern are often accompanied with other modalities such as gun massage, cupping and acupuncture to speed up healing and remove waste & toxins from the injured area.
Dry Cupping
Dry Cupping therapy works extremely well as either a treatment on its own or incorporated with massage to relive the body of stagnated blood, toxins, tension, aches and pains. During application, the cups are placed over several area to create a vacuum which lifts the soft tissue and creates an upward stretch within the muscle and associated fascia, increasing blood flow & healing.

Dry cupping works well on those who suffer from tight muscles, headaches, reduced joint movement, sciatica, stress & anxiety.
Medical Acupuncture
Medical Acupuncture or Dry needling as it is often referred to is very rarely applied as a stand alone treatment. Normally applied as an additional modalities to sports massage, deep tissue or dry cupping, as it compliments and further aids in the benefits of treatment. A fine needle is inserted into the skin & muscle aimed at creating a superficial or deep tissue response, each of which are to create a path of healing.
Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching can be a stand alone or incorporated into regular maintenance treatments in deep tissue or sports massage. This is particularly beneficial for those who regularly exercise, allowing the muscles, tendons and supporting structures of the muscular skeletal system to combat wear & tear, reduce stiffness, decrease pain & increase mobility.
