Completing your consultation in advance ensures your treatment is safe, fully tailored to your needs, and uninterrupted.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage & Rehabilitation is tailored for those who prioritize their body’s health, whether for performance, recovery, or injury prevention. Ideal for clients experiencing a recent injury, repetitive strain, or muscular imbalances, this treatment begins with a thorough physical assessment of the affected area and surrounding muscles to identify weaknesses, tension, or biomechanical issues.

Targeted deep tissue and soft tissue techniques are applied to the areas of concern to release adhesions, improve mobility, and support faster healing. Complementary modalities such as percussive gun therapy, cupping, and acupuncture may be incorporated to enhance recovery, boost circulation, and remove toxins from the tissues. This results in a comprehensive, results-driven approach that restores function, reduces discomfort, and keeps the body performing at its best.
Understand the benefits of Dry Cupping, Acupuncture and Assisted Stretching with information below. Should you wish to explore these modalities as an addition to your treatment, please speak to Siane on arrival of your appointment.

Dry Cupping
Dry Cupping Therapy is a targeted soft tissue treatment that can be used alone or alongside massage to enhance recovery and rehabilitation. By creating a controlled vacuum over specific muscle groups, the cups lift the fascia and underlying tissue, improving local blood flow, reducing myofascial adhesions, and facilitating lymphatic drainage.

This therapy is particularly effective for managing chronic muscle tightness, trigger points, myofascial pain, reduced joint range of motion, sciatica, delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), tension-type headaches, and postural imbalances.
It can also support recovery from overuse injuries, such as rotator cuff tendinopathy, hamstring strains, plantar fasciitis, and quadriceps or calf strains, promoting tissue repair and restoring optimal functional movement.
Medical Acupuncture
Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling) is a highly effective adjunct to treatments such as sports massage, deep tissue, or dry cupping, enhancing their benefits and supporting faster recovery.
Using fine, sterile needles, targeted insertions are made into the skin and underlying muscle to stimulate either a superficial or deep tissue response, releasing tension, deactivating trigger points, and promoting local blood flow.

This therapy helps accelerate tissue repair, reduce muscular tightness, improve range of motion, and support rehabilitation from acute or chronic injuries such as tendinopathies, muscle strains, joint dysfunction, and myofascial pain syndromes, complementing a comprehensive treatment plan for optimal recovery and performance.

Assisted Stretching
Assisted Stretching can be incorporated into a sports or deep tissue massage, or booked as a 30-minute standalone session.
By having a trained therapist guide your body through stretches, this treatment allows for greater range of motion and deeper, more effective release than you could achieve on your own. It targets muscles, tendons, and connective tissue to improve flexibility, restore joint mobility, and enhance overall musculoskeletal function.

Ideal for athletes, active clients, or anyone managing postural imbalances, assisted stretching helps reduce stiffness, prevent overuse injuries, relieve chronic tension, and support recovery from repetitive strain. With the therapist’s expertise, each stretch is applied safely and precisely, maximizing results, improving performance, and promoting long-term musculoskeletal health.
